We are delighted to announce that we have been given the go ahead to design a detached house on a stunning courtyard plot along the canal in Brecon.
Currently, a ancillary outbuilding stands on the site, and this will be demolished to make way for a permanent, contemporary home for our client. The house will enjoy stunning views of the surrounding landscape, and has direct access to the sports field through a door in the encompassing 4m tall stone walls.
We are at the beginning of the design process, and would hope that the project would begin onsite late 2018/early 2019.
